Urban Shipping and Logistics has authorized to go file legal suit against customer.
Payment are non refundable in any cases.
If online payment by customer then portal, internet and payment getway charges pay by customer. (charges like Payment Getway)
10. Mutual Consent :-
when any person, company or entity register with cnslworl.com online portal and click on terms of services then we asume that customer accept our conditions or agree to a our proposal.
we have right to file suit against customer for not pays dues within time period. (refer para-9)
we assume that customer's carefully read all our terms of services.
